My Obsession on Make-up

Hi everyone Sarah here, 

I just wanted to do a little bit on my obsession on make-up, I LOVE IT! I am an assistant make-up artist which is maybe why I am constantly buying and trying new products. 

As Tyra Banks once said, “I love the confidence that makeup gives me.” 

When it comes to make-up I love the fact you can change the way you look on a regular basis either having a red lip or a smoking eye.  I feel make-up is an art form which brings out everyone's amazing features and beauty. 

When it comes to my make-up drawer it has to be about organisation, as you can clearly see. Some people may think a little bit OCD!! 

I will be posting about new products which I have bought or my favorite products I couldn't live without.

Print Trend

Something that we are all loving at the moment are the high street equivalents of the catwalks Simple Conversational trend. here are some of the catwalks latest trends that can be purchased from high street retailers.





1. If you love this cat print dress from Victoria Beckham's latest collection then you will love primarks dalmatian print top which can be purchased in stores now for the amazingly low price of £8.





2. Prada's latest vintage car print has been adopted by primark in some of there latest collections. This car print top is almost identical to the Prada original. Primark have used this print in a dress, long line skirt and the top which is available in blue and yellow starting from £8.

3. Swallow print clothing is appearing everywhere at the moment. This blouse from the Tibi A/W 2012 collection has been inspiration for many high street retailers. This similar blouse can be purchased from New Look for only £19.99. This New Look copy is similar in colour and has a dipped back.

Oscars Best Dressed!

Good Morning Fashion Lovers, here is our first ever blog entry we hope you enjoy <3

Well as everyone should know the 84th Oscars were held last night. The hot trend of the night was All That Glitters, which leads perfectly into Spring/Summer. Here we have devised the Top 5 Best Dressed:

1. Octavia Spencer - looked stunning in Tadashi Shoji, the colouring and the fit were breath taking on her. The hair and make up were perfectly suited and did not overwhelm the dress.

2. Michelle Williams - no one could pull this Louis Vuitton dress off better than Michelle.  Her skin tone and lipstick are the perfect match for the look. The subtle contrast with the pink clutch worked perfectly.  The back of the dress was a modern take on such a classic cut.

3. Milla Jovovich-  Elegant in a shimmering white Ellie Saab dress.  Her hair and make-up were reminiscent of the late Grace Kelly.  This is such a classic look, the contrast between the white dress and red lips is typical of a classic beauty.`

4. Rooney Mara- Rooney looks stunning in a futuristic Givenchy Haute Couture gown.  Her blunt hair styling compliments the look of the dress teamed with the bold but simple makeup styling adds to the perfection of the style.  Lack of jewellery only emphasises the space age styling.

5. Penelope Cruz- Penelope displays a classically simple Armani gown that is teamed with luxury jewellery.  Penelope look utterly stunning in this gown and complements it with her fresh face and classic hairstyle.  She looks effortless in her styling and this is one of the best looks she has graced us with on the red carpet.
