Young Republic

Hey everyone!

We wanted to let you all know about one of our new favourite fashion companies, Young Republic.
We were contacted by this company and we are so happy that they did as we think its great and we expect big things from this company in the future.

Young Republic is an online marketplace catered to independent fashion designers and shoppers. It features over 750 designers from all over the world who are, in our opinion, fantastic! The website features unique, eclectic and one of a kind women's, men's, children's fashion, jewellery, accessories and homeware.

Some of the things on the website are really gorgeous and caters for all different personal styles. We really love their christmas collection which you can see below.

For women, the designers have put together some absolutely gorgeous party dresses perfect for the festive season. For all of you who, like us, struggle to buy gifts for the men in your life then they have some great items perfect for christmas. The children's fashion is simply gorgeous and the homeware is very stylish.

We think its a mixture between ASOS and Etsy, whats not to love?

Weekend Up North...

Hello blog followers,

Had a great weekend and thought I would share it with all of you.  I was on a trip at the weekend to the beautiful Duck Bay Marina Hotel in Loch Lomond in Scotland.  This was for my boyfriend's Gran's 80th Birthday celebrations.  It was a lovely weekend and here are a few pictures to show the beautiful scenery that Scotland has to offer.

During the visit we also had a beautiful lunch at a place called Brambles in Inveraray which is about an hour from Loch Lomond.  It is a local cafe/ tearoom that offers everything from lovely haggis, neeps and tatties to fresh homemade baking.  It is well worth the drive and the visit.

Also in Inveraray my lovely boyfriend treated me to a beautiful necklace which holds the emblem for Scotland (which happens to be my favourite flower) the Thistle.  It was a beautiful gift that looks stunning on and sparkles in the light.  The whole weekend I embraced my Scottish routes and I hope you love them as much as I do.

Thank You

OOTD: Birthday Brunch

Hey everyone, sorry that this is the first OOTD post since we came back to uni but we all had quite a lot on last week and we are all doing different modules this year so we are not always together :(.

Anyway since we never really got a chance to celebrate Dodi's birthday properly, we decided to go out for a fancy brunch this morning and finally gave her her present. We will be going out on a night out next week also.

We decided to go to Cranachans in Princes Square, Glasgow which was gorgeous. The majority of us decided to go for the salmon and scrambled egg on toast and then finished off our brunch with a cheeky slice of cake, yum.

Sweet 16

Good Morning everyone, It was my little sisters 16th birthday yesterday and I wanted to share the present me and Luca (Boyfriend) bought for her. I wanted to buy her something really special since it was a milestone birthday. We really couldn't decide what to buy and were walking about Glasgow for hours. We went into Swarovski and there were a couple of things that I really liked. We eventually settled on this beautiful bracelet in the purple. They also come in a few different colours but purple is Heather's (birthday girl) favourite colour and it was the prettiest.

As a little extra we got her the cute little bath bombs from a shop called Miss Bubbilicious in Glasgow. There are quite a lot of different handmade products to choose from including soap, bath salts and bath bombs. The bath bombs look like cakes which I thought was lovely and there are loads to choose from.
