If you read my earlier post you will know that I bought these cream pinstripe trousers in the Zara sale. I paired these trousers with a nude/pink coloured top from Topshop, a cream cardigan from primark and tan ballet pumps from New Look. I also think that these would look really good dressed down with a pair of white converse and a simple tshirt.

Pay Day Purchases

Hey everyone, finally got paid after a month of not being able to do or buy anything woohoo! So as per usual the first place I went to was Zara who have the most amazing sale on at the moment. Here's what I bought from Zara.

Green Jeans: I really love this dark green colour especially on these jeans, I really like the gold button and the zips at the bottom of the legs as well.

Cream pinstripe trousers: I think these trousers are my new favourite item of clothing, they can be dressed up or down and they look really expensive despite only costing me £19.99 in the sale. I have an outfit of the day post coming soon of me wearing these so you can see what they are like on :).

Pleated skirt: I have a wedding at the end of this month which I might wear this skirt to if i can find a nice top to go with it. as there are many colours in this skirt I think it will be quite difficult to find a top to go with it so I might just stick to a cream top and cream heels. I really love this skirt on and the material is lovely.

I also bought a dress from Zara in the sale which i absolutely love but i will be putting this dress in a seperate post so keep an eye out for that one:)

Very's new collection

Hello everyone, yesterday the new Very magazine arrived on my doorstep and I have to say I am VERY impressed with their new collection (see what I did there ;)). So I have taken a few photos from the magazine of my favourite items to share with you and I will add the links from the website.

First of all how pretty does Holly Willoughby look on the cover of this magazine, I love her eyes.

Very always have really nice shoes but until recently I have never really liked any of Very's own brand shoes. These Love Label heels are amazing, I love the contrasting heel and the fact that they are open toe heels makes them look very flattering.

I think my next purchase will definitely be a pair of these loafers, they both look amazing. The suede Bow trim loafers are so cute and would look amazing with jeans and they black tassel loafers would look amazing with a dress and black tights (decisions, decisions).

Interiors

I love interior design and I think that these cushions are gorgeous especially the fact that they look as if they are hand made and they have different textures.

I'm a bit crazy when it comes to storage boxes, I have so many different sizes and patterns in my room and the last thing I need is more but how cute are the cream and pink baskets. I have nowhere to put them but I would love to have these.

So that was just some of my favourite items, if you haven't been on Very before you should really check it out as they have some really nice things and are quite reasonably priced :)

Mhairi's Wishlist

Hi Everyone

Due to too many holidays my bank has a ridiculously low balance.  But I still feel the need to torture myself by going shopping.

The first thing on my wish list is this a leather jacket from warehouse (left).  I often feel that I'm not "cool" enough to pull off a leather jacket, especially a black one.  But this one is a bit  less intimidating and doesn't demand the same "coolness" as many others (link).  After finding the Warehouse one I came across one very similar in River Island (right), a shop that I have had a love/hate relationship with for the past few years.  At less than half the price of the Warehouse one, it is of course PU rather than leather but the inside feels so nice.  This picture does the jacket no justice at all though (link).

I am also calling these Carvela boots my wish list guilty pleasure (link).  I am just drawn to things that sparkle, sadly these are just a bit too much sparkle though.  But everyone is allowed at least one guilty pleasure, I hope.

Mhairi's 21st

Hello everyone, its that time of year again where we celebrate a bloggers birthday. This time we are celebrating Mhairi's 21st woohoo! Mhairi looked absolutely stunning rocking a pair of amazing Kurt Geiger heels.

 Mhairi:   I spent so long trying to find a dress for this! To my surprise i found this in H&M.  My shoes were a birthday present.  I got them from Kurt Geiger and they are surprisingly comfy.  I decided to not wear much jewellery because the dress has alot of detail.

Nicola: This dress I have on is from Next and is great for a night out.  I love purple and pleating is in season right now as well.  My shoes are also from Next and are so versatile as they go with almost anything! If I'm struggling for shoes to go with an outfit they are always a pair I can rely on.  Mhairi's birthday was amazing and we all had a fantastic night.

Dodi: I had a hard time picking an outfit for this night, it was one of those days where my wardrobe looked totally bare and nothing looked good on. I finally found this dress from last summer. Its just a plain denim dress from primark but it does a great job of holding you in! And yet again I seem to be top to toe in Primark as my shoes are also from there. I love these shoes as they have a bit of a platform and they were also £6 which makes them even better! I'm wearing a spike necklace from new look, link! and my usual dkny watch.

Michelle: I am in  love with peplum tops at the moment, they are so flattering. i bought this black one from Zara and decided to pair it with my emerald green body con skirt from Topshop.
My clutch bag is from River Island and heels are from Dune (these are quite old).

Mandy (wedofashionuk's friend): looking gorgeous as always wearing a Topshop blouse and River Island high waisted shorts. She has paired this outfit with nude heels also from River Island and a necklace from topshop which i wish we had got a close up of as it is gorgeous.

Obsessed with...

Every week we will be posting about something we are obsessed with. It could be something fashion related such as an item of clothing, a new trend, a store that we are in love with or it could be something very random like my very first obsessed with post below.

I am in love with this tea it is so tasty and can be made hot or cold (do not try the mulled wine one cold, its a very strange taste). My favourite has got to be the mango and passion fruit tea and also the mulled wine one in winter is brilliant. I intend on keeping all these boxes and using them for something as they are really pretty. If anyone has any idea what i could use them for then please comment below :)
